I haven't received my order and from past one Month I'm asking for refund... suprisingly today I got email like review the product as my order is fulfilled 1 month ago..

I am not at all happy with this particular fry pan. I have about 6 cast iron utensils from Indus Valley and all have exceeded my expectations. Hence I ordered a fish fry pan recently and have every curing method of preparing a cast iron utensil. I also have changed different oils, but no use.
But the most saddening part is the horrible customer care. I have written an email to Indus Valley on the 30th March and there has been no reply yet. This is my last try after which I will not contact Indus anymore nor buy anything from you. I sincerely hope you will live upto your expectations of good customer care.

Very small pit, don’t buy this, I am asking for return no reply from them, I will not recommend buying from this website again or to anyone .i bought from this website for first time, worst experience.
