Millet Pulao Recipe:

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • 4-5 peppercorns
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 100g peas
  • 1/2 cup foxtail millet (soaked overnight)
  • 2 times water

Mix all ingredients in a pressure cooker
