Kerala Style Dry Chicken:-

  • 1 kg Chicken with bone
  • 1 tsp Chilly flakes
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 3 Green Chilies
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Coconut oil
  • Salt as Taste

Soak for 30 mins

Frying Process:-

  • 4 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • Marinated Chicken with Masala
  • 2 Sprig Curry leaves

Cook for 20 to 30 mins on Low flame ( Cover for 15 minutes and cook uncovered for 15 minutes)

For Garnishing:

  • Curry leaves

Serve with Parotta ,Chappati, Roti....
